I've had the satisfaction of being instrumental in getting 2 of these miserable creature declared defective under warranty. Watch for tuning instability at the break and also both positive and negative bearing in the same board. Did I say horrible instability at the break? I found the issues on the very last day of the ten year warranty. Both client were encouraged by Yamaah to upgrade and so did I. They did and alls well that ends well. The other crud was in the entire tuning pin area. Some spots more than others and was a stain. The pattern looks like someone tried doping the block with some concoction by pouring it around the pins. Anyway, whatever it was was a mess and didn't work...pins uniformly borderline loose. Everything else was typical GH-1 unfortunately. Debbie Legg Any problems I need to be aware of besides tuning? Yes! watch out for the dog that it doesn't pee on lour leg Deb Dale Dale Erwin R.P.T.
