[pianotech] Polish piano

I looked at a Polish piano this morning at a school. They want an appraised value. 

It's a Calisa, ser. # 77325. Any one familiar with this brand?

One key is broken in half, and the pelican spring is broken. other than that, it looks OK. Light oak poly finish. 

Any help would be appreciated.
