[pianotech] question about damp chaser and weather change

Hi Marshall,

A change in the humidity brought about by the damp chaser unit will
affect the tuning, same as a change in the humidity brought about by a
change in the humidity. That's why the Damp(p) chaser installation
guide suggests tuning the piano a couple or three weeks after
installation.

I also recently replaced an old disgusting hose with a new one, and
realized that the new ones have a larger diameter. I was able to
wrestle it in by loosening the collar and also wetting the outside of
the hose. When the material was wet it went through the collar a
little easier. Still tough though.

If someone calls you but doesn't leave a message, you can't be
responsible for whatever it was they were calling about, unless your
caller ID is that good.

Regards,
Zeno Wood
