[pianotech] Dampp Chaser Problem

Thanks everyone  for getting back to me.

   The customer has been using the same water for over 5 years and it 
has always worked before.
I have had to replace the heater bar about 2 years ago ?
Have been putting DC  in for over 35 years so I have learned a little 
about them.
