That's a shame, even if it's a generic Recordo system. There are a whole 
lot fewer pneumatic player grands now than there used to be.

Best way? Take out the screws, and remove the components. Be careful of 
the pumper and pneumatic stack, and the drawer. They're heavy and can 
hurt you. Other than that, it's pretty straightforward.

The best chance (nearly the only chance) the thing will ever be used 
again is if it's in the piano it was originally installed in. 
Unfortunately, they're pretty under appreciated these days.
