Tom,
Yessir, that's them, and cheap at the price for what they'll do. I 
bought my first one at an estate sale sometime in the late 70s and have 
carried in my case since, and have picked up another couple of pair, big 
and small, that live in the shop. They're on the most used, least 
dispensable list. Such a top ten or twenty list of shop hand tools might 
make an interesting Journal survey and be educational. I had no idea 
chain nose pliers even existed when I first saw them, but recognized 
immediately that they were the super needle nose I'd been wanting since 
I was a kid. Okay, since I was short.
