Pre screening some Craigslist posts for someone, I ran across this.

I sure hope they call me for those minor mechanical problems on the $750 
5'-6" Steinway grand in not terribly important condition and 
functionally and mechanically sound. There are still a few things I 
haven't seen in this business.
