Rick asked: "List,
In 2010 I injured my left leg. Complete tear of quadriceps tendon.

Surgery, eight weeks of complete immobility, and ten weeks pt.

Given the nature of our business , and the physical requirements , how
would you say this type of injury would effect your ability to perform?"

Rick,
I'd be OUT of business until I could, again, be mobile and able to carry my
tools, stand for 1-2 hours tuning uprights, removing square grand lids for
tuning, standing and bending at the waist for several hours on tuning
square grands! Need I go on? Tuning takes the full capacity of the body to
do the work. There are some, I've seen, that have been able to do it w/o
full body capacity, but they really had to invent ways around the
obstacles!
If you're having a battle with an Insurance situation, I wish you
success.<G>
Best Regards,
Joe
