[pianotech] first pin block - back assembly photo!

Just got a look at the back assembly photo! That thing is in dire need of
some major redesign,...i.e. some major additon of back posts and spanners
between them all. Very poorly designed piano. That's one I wouldn't do,
unless I had alot of bucks coming my way!
