[pianotech] muffler rail

The spring is hooked in the wrong place.
The U shaped piece is where the extension from the pedal assembly hooks on, not the spring.
The spring goes into a small hole, sometimes on a metal tab.
The rail is, as Joe said previously on the wrong side. It should be felt strip toward the strings.
