I suggest you contact the Chicago School of Piano Technology. They probably have recent or upcoming graduates who will find this a mutually beneficial situation. If you wish to throw your net further, contact the North Bennett Street School in Boston.

On the plus side, I have a steady business, shop space, tools and equipment, patience, and a willingness to train someone.
