[pianotech] oiler

I also use hypodermic needles (which I acquired from a nurse former friend)
but I don't find that the Protek affects the plunger in mine. I've been
using the same one for years - three, at least.

I didn't mention it earlier because mine don't hold Wim's specified minimum.
