[pianotech] Protest the loss of PianoTech by responding

I joined this Pianotech list in the fall of 1997. It has been a great 
source of knowledge. I don't often post, but I read most. PTG is making a 
grave error by shutting it down. I do protest it's demise. Please keep it 
going. It is far far superior to the crap from HL.
