Well Dean, I tried so many things that I don't really know how I was successful. Someone( I'm sorry I don't remember who) sent an email with a link to join the Google Groups pianotech list. I tried several times without success. I ended up deleting my gmail account and tried again. This time I got a page that wanted my info including my current email address (not the gmail that I had before). I was then able to make a new Google account which would allow me to use my xplornet address rather than my old gmail address. From there it worked easily. I did have to give my date of birth and my phone number. I got a verification number by phone which I had to insert into their web site. Then bingo! it worked. I wish I had kept the url that was posted for joining, but I can't find that post. It might have been from Paul McLoud, but I'm not sure.
