[pianotech] Protest the loss of PianoTech by responding

Okay, here's another protest vote (as requested). The existing Pianotech listserve is, it seems to me, particularly well suited to the piano technicians who participate in it. Seems shortsighted to abandon it, and it doesn't speak well of the "management team" that they went and committed to (I presume) some larger package they were sold, and didn't have the sense to first check around and see if those participants would be served equally or better by the newer better flashier moderner (and generic) model that I'm sure is sold to every kind of group under the sun as "totally customizable" and all that crap. 

It's FaceBook World, folks – who wouldn't wanta be more like FaceBook??

Hmmmm . . . FaceBook: twenty-first century technology. Pianos: nineteenth century technology. Who's bridging that gap? We twentieth-century piano technicians.
