<HTML>Thanks for the input, everybody's pricing was pretty consistent with what we were thinking.  The customer was thinking double of what you all posted.  We will be speaking with him hopefully later this afternoon and will see if he is open to hearing this feedback.  Sometimes people really listen to what you have to say and sometimes they just can't get past their initial hopes of what their piano is really worth!   Thanks again for your input! ~Lanie</HTML>
