<html> Terry, The procedure outlined in the Kawai bulletin should work on the Young Chang as well.  Here is the abbreviated version: 1. Remove sostenuto rod (leave the hangars - just take off the rod) 2. Raise the upstops all the way. 3. Mark the location of the flange rail on the belly rail with a pencil. 4. Remove the 3 or 4 screws holding the flange rail into the piano. 5. Lift up a little on the damper tray to get the dampers off the strings, and gently ease the entire damper action forward. 6. Use a long phillips screwdriver down between the strings to remove the damper tray blocks. 7. Replace / repin the pivot blocks / flanges, reassemble 8. Reinstall the damper action and sostenuto rod 9. Readjust the upstop rail I may have forgotten something, but that's the basic idea.
