time and must confess to a loss of patience when dealing with this all =
important
tone producing or inducing device when they have been either made or =
mistreated
badly. It does seem to me that no matter how successful I might be =
in
dealing with the ornry ones it is usually never as satisfying as =
installing
new set of hammers and voicing accordingly. Usually if the piano =
owner is
at all serious about the tone ,selling them a more permanent fix is not =
usually
that difficult though sometimes planning the finances is central part of =
the
equation.I realize there are as many different circumstances that =
often
dictate some less radical? slash expensive fixes as there are piano =
owners.I
suspect you have done this alot successsfully and I am probably missing =
the boat
on this one .However next time I find myself in such a position I shall =
now
consider myself armed and dangerous with your helpful technique .I,ll =
let you
