<p><br>Gotta aggree with Keith here.... its not the technicians piano.
He / she can advise on the work, even refuse to do it... but in the end
if you want it brighter then the technician should be prepared to do the
job for you.

<br>Personally, I dont like any piano so bright as to start sounding "glassy"...
nice term eh ? Beyond that they should certainly have a nice dynamic range
for soft to loud play.
