Hello,     I have been a piano technician since 1974.  I= apprenticed with the Fairchild Family of Piano Technicians of Massapequa Lo= ng Island in 1973. Some of you may know of Steve Fairchild who was in the Guinness Book of rec= ords back in those years.  I was an active member of the Piano Technici= ans Guild through about 1992.  A reference would be Uve Zehme in Fort L= auderdale, FL.     We moved here from FL recently due to my disabled = son getting older and there being little services for him in that state. &nb= sp;We experienced a very difficult and costly last 10 years.     Would anyone be able to help me out with some work= .  I had a huge customer base of home tunings.  I present well and= do my job with integrity.  I also did piano rebuilding in my garage an= d would either rebuild customers piano's or buy pianos used, rebuild and sel= l them.     I do not have the option to start that up again, l= osing our home and financial status.  My son presents with many unusual= kinds of problems and is best served in the home environment under my care = as/per Dr.'s home bound forms completed.  However, he does well and can= come with me and will sit quietly while I tune or regulate for a few hours = at a time.  This would not be appropriate to do with him in customeršs = homes.  Shops, warehouses, stores, schools, churches, would be possibil= ities to try.  I can also bring actions home to work on.  The loca= l Disability Agency maybe providing funding for home respite care which woul= d then allow me to do home tunings. If this comes about, the customer could make out the check to you and you c= an pay me a lessor amount afterwards.     I am also a professional musician and teacher play= ing music from a very young age.  I can take referrals for piano studen= ts at home having a private room in the apartment for instruction.  I c= an teach the traditional methods of reading music and teach people to play b= y ear utilizing music theory of patterns, progressions, voicing, arranging, = etc., at any age.     Please contact me if you can help me get on my fee= t again.  You will find me very trustworthy and competent, and hear no = complaints.  Thank you.
