<HTML>Hello David, In this busi= ness, no matter how good you are, no matter how hard you try.... you can't p= lease everyone!!!!  But the worst part of this story is that you didn't= bother to try to please yourself by giving away your services. I don't unde= rstand why you wouldn't charge for a pitch raise because it's a new customer= . Almost all pitch raises are with new customers.
