I was pulling centre pins out of Korean pianos not long ago that looked
like the one in the picture. If I popped the bushing cloth out it
was a hard. My theory was that too much glue was put on the bushing
cloth, then it was getting through to the pin and any kind of goop
(possibly graphite) was sticking to them. <br><br>
