quality German castors. You could get lucky and get a new

Failing that. plug the old mortice with a maple dowel using epoxy to glue
into position. Build up the outer area of the leg with epoxy to
obtain a snug fit for the ferrule.<br>
Secure the ferrule with screws set in virgin wood, well away from the old
screw holes. Also make sure that the base of the tenon has a
flat face to fit with the bottom of the ferrule cup.<br>
Not the best arrangement for a caster carrying this type of load.
If the piano is not going to be moved much, it will more than suffice.
