<DIV>In piano technology school students spend several weeks tuning unisons in
the middle of the piano, where it is easier to hear and control, and more
forgiving of mistakes; then they gradually work up to the top of the
piano. </DIV>
<DIV>It takes tremendous patience to become a piano technician, and you will
learn more patience if you slow down and take it little steps at a time.
Buying expensive equipment will not turn you into a piano technician
overnight.</DIV>
<DIV>Practice tuning unisons in the mid-range and learn the overtone
series.</DIV>
