<DIV>Changing tuning hammers made the difference for me, and it was immediate. I
bought one of Keith Bowman's hammers through Renner. You can try them out and
find one that fits your hand. Mine is sort of pear-shaped. Holding the end of
the hammer with forearm sideways took the twist in the elbow out of tuning -
that isometric you're performing. </DIV>
<DIV>I also bought a ball from Joe Goss for another hammer.</DIV>
<DIV>I also did pitch work left-handed to learn tuning with that side, and never
have been sorry. </DIV>
