Reposition the hammer, tighten the flange screw..done. No way!!! It turns out that the screws are "CA'D"</FONT></DIV> <DIV><FONT face="Arial Narrow" color=#0000ff size=3>    to the flange. Reason?....All the screws were stripped in the dowel in the rail.
