I have previously posted a couple of tools for holding the agraffes while buffing. If you can't find it in the Archives, I'll post it again. Literally takes the pain out of buffing agraffes.</DIV> <DIV>As for Spray painting...Or, taking the paint off, I use just plain ole stripper and flush with mineral spirits, then water and dry. As for corrosion.....Tarnex takes care of that. Read my previous posts on that, as well.</DIV> <DIV>The steps: </DIV> <DIV>1. Remove and place on Brass wire, (in order)</DIV> <DIV>2. Dip in Stripper, til clean of any paint.</DIV> <DIV>3. Flush with Mineral Spirits. Then with water. Dry on Terry cloth toweling.</DIV> <DIV>4. Dip into Tarnex for a few hours.</DIV> <DIV>5. Flush with hot water. Dry, as above.</DIV> <DIV>6. Buff on Wheel with appropriate compound.</DIV> <DIV>7.
