I emailed PTG and the attached is the reply comment
has been no notable progress in getting the senate to pass the legislation
necessary to offer health care that crosses state lines for groups such as
associations. I’ve watched the AHP bills for several years. The
House has passed several versions of the same bill but Senate holds them up
every time. They seem to get stuck in committee and never make it to the
floor for a vote. I’ll keep watching and report any new developments as
they come along. Feel free to share this information as you see fit.
don't really know how group insurance works.
<?/bigger><?/fontfamily><?fontfamily><?param Times New Roman><?bigger>I'm assuming
it's cheaper to the employee because
<?/bigger><?/fontfamily><?fontfamily><?param Times New Roman><?bigger>1) there
are more people paying premiums which reduces the risk to the
<?/bigger><?/fontfamily><?fontfamily><?param Times New Roman><?bigger>insurance
company
<?/bigger><?/fontfamily><?fontfamily><?param Times New Roman><?bigger>2) the
employer/corporation pays part of the premium as an incentive to
<?/bigger><?/fontfamily><?fontfamily><?param Times New Roman><?bigger>working
there.
<?fontfamily><?param Times New Roman><?bigger>Anyone know if about this, or if group
