made with secret compartments where they could stuff the illicit cargo.</P> <P class=headtypea align=left>They were caught after police hid bugging devices in their safe house and recorded them discussing their plans.</P> <P class=headtypea align=left>The dealers were then caught driving a van full of cannabis resin hidden inside revolving bookcases and a chair in the shape of a
