Cut a strip of bushing cloth and insert it under the key end bolster cloth to raise the end of the key, Regulate mid C to mid E.     Check the jack position carefully.      Re install key board cover and key slip to make sure all is well. You may need to install thinner front rail punching's (cloth)  the crescendo punching's are excellent for this. Most pianos are about a 2:3 ratio from bolster cloth region to the key front. I have done this a few times with satisfaction.
