Below is a picture of the damage.</FONT></DIV> <DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV> <DIV><IMG alt="" hspace=0 src="cid:000701c667da$739628f0$0301a8c0@DESKTOP" align=baseline border=0></DIV> <DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV> <DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>The damper flange was too far gone, and a Schaff flange was an exact replacement except for the action center location.</FONT></DIV> <DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV> <DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Fortunately, EPOXY MAN came to the rescue (and thank goodness there was a phone booth nearby)!</FONT></DIV> <DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV> <DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>West System #105 Epoxy Resin, #205 Fast Hardener, their two-step bonding method, and #404 High Density Adhesive Filler were used.</FONT></DIV> <DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV> <DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Below is a picture of the final fix. All told, may have taken a half-hour. But I think it is a good fix for hard-to-replace action parts.
