& pinning is the solution. But you may also be successful with a water
and alchohol solution to shrink the felt & free the pins. 2 parts
water to 8 parts alcohol is a fairly dilute solution. If your pins are
more sluggish then you may increase the water by another 3 or 4 drops water
to alchol. I have also used tolulene or naptha with silicone oil. 1 part
oil To 9 parts thinner. This is a last resort though as vertigree or some
other contamination is the true problem & lubes are usually temporary.
(Sorry Joe G.)I find goose juice to be of no use on pins. So many lubes
have a temporary effect & then they come back. Yes! ...it's a real
