When I was tuning rentals in-store, I'd see way more than my share of broken strings on Aeolian spinets...those were a PITA, and I'd often ask myself was it even worth it? Dave, I cringe every time I see a Kimball Console. My string breakage
percentage on them is way higher than any other piano I see.
Anywhere from A4 to C6. I don't know what it is about that piano, or its
design, or me, but I cringe...
