Well, personally, I'd rather try olive oil than WD-40 as a lubricant. :-)

I've seen the damage WD-40 can do to a piano. Especially when sprayed on

tuning pins to clean off the rust! <br><br>
Of course, I've also seen some of the damage that those olive type drinks
can do, <br>
too! :-D<br><br>
