the hammer butts to see if I could convert them to the flange system, however,
when I held a flange up next to the butt's center pin, they wont fit
together in order to be pinned! There are flanges on the butt. Do you
mean that the butts have to have those flanges ground/filed off, in order to
make a regualar butt out of them? ..or are there special sized flanges
that will accept those hammer butts? </DIV>
