That way you're not tying up the drill press, which, in my shop, gets a lot of use.<G> The Schaff thingee comes with one "fixture" to remove the pins and one for inserting. Perhaps the one for inserting and a larger pin, (bolt?), for forcing the lead and expanding it, a smidgeon? The possibilities are there. Mount the thingee on a sturdy board that can be clamped onto the area you are working. The rest of the time it can hang on the wall, out of the way. I've got a lot of jigs/fixtures and dedicated tools with this setup.
