<div>Richard,</div>
<div> </div>
<div>It has to be fixed. Repinning everything is the only way to go. Are the pins coated or partially coated with black gunk (I assume that it's graphite)?</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Who pays for it is the question. Who makes the Wurly? Shouldn't the manufacturer be responsible?</div>
<div> </div>
<div>I have a client with an SG 150 that has similar problems. I haven't repinned everything, but most of the hammer, jack, and whip flanges. </div>
<div> </div>
<div>This piano was my training ground for repinning. </div>

<div>List,</div>
<div>I've got a client with a constant seizing up of just about every bushing in the piano, from damper flanges to jacks, to hammer shanks. The piano in question is a 4'11" grand circa 2000. It has a climate control system installed by myself about 18mos. ago, and also a moisture king under key dh strip placed under the back action.</div>
<div>I've repinned several damper flanges(totaly seized-no swinging at all) lubed etc.</div>
<div>What would you suggest as a course of action to solve this situation. Is this a warranty issue? Gibson did not take over warranties when they bought the company, I am told.</div>
<div>Thanks,</div>
