I will tell you CD trick {Cheap and dirty}:Take Hammer Sanding File,drill �” hole.Drop the agraffe in it and start making turns left and right,applying some pressure  on the Agraffe and watch buttom of the agraffe getting smaller.The Machinist mill works a lot faster,it has sharper teeth,but sandpaper on a paddle will do the trick.  I had learned that trick while teaching the agraffe class 20 years ago,being so proud of Machinist Mill and then a real old-timer from Massachussets shared with me that inexpensive trick after the class I tried it,it woyks!!… Hope it helps..
