soundboards is to apply a load to them and see what happens (generally trying to
simulate a load similar to when the piano will be strung). The ideal way is to
screw/clamp the soundboard into the rim and apply reasonably spaced pressure to
the bridge either with wedges between the bridge and the plate or with go
bars.</FONT></DIV>
