You will have to use a tilter to lay the piano on its back. I would check the bottom front panel for trace of excess polyester on the bare edges. We had carry pianos from this factory and they are prone to pedal squeaks. It sounds to me like it's the damper lever felt/lift rod interface. It doesn't happen when the pedal is first being used, say for 20-30 presses of the pedal.
