<P>Moving a few things including music books takes so little time and it is a customer service (which is lacking in so many professions). I <U>do</U> ask for help from the client to move anything breakable. </P>
<P>I also replace non breakable items after tuning and have even been known to move a piano a little. Perhaps this is why my fees are $10 higher than other tuner/techs and why I am always busy.</P>
