The previous tuner broke one bass string on each. Then removed
them. He did get one replacement string from Yamaha but never put
it in the corresponding piano. This was about 5 years ago! On
both pianos it is a single string unison, so they have been doing without
that note for the entire time! I got the string from him and that
will be part of the service tomorrow for one of the pianos.<br>
