Take water and alcohol, mix at two to one or so. Squirt down the action center real good and let sit a day or two (depending on the environment its in). This sizes the action centers. I've done this on some older spinets and consoles that had not been in use for years. It freed up the centers real good with no re-pinning. Use a hyper oiler or something larger if you wish to save time.
