spectrum of people with two ends. One on end is the cheapskate, on the
other end is the American Express Gold Card "do-whatever-it-takes"
customer. The cheapskate will nickel-and-dime you to death before,
during and after the sale. The A.E. customer will be happy with
everything you do, feed you tea and crumpets (whatever they are) while you're
working and pay you a TIP on top of your invoice total.</font></div>

for? As for me, I'm happy to see the cheapskate go to the
