<p><font face="Arial" size="3"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">i noticed the battery on mine wouldn't hold a charge well either after I left in the car for just a few minutes, which turned into a few hours, in 100 degree heat. who knows how hot it got in the car. the top corner of the SAT had melted a bit.

<p><font face="Arial" size="3"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">i told paul sanderson that the battery wasn't holding a charge at all, and that i had left it out in the car in the heat. he said it probably wasn't the heat and replaced the battery under warranty. lucky for me.
