It would seem to me that no one could be <i>that </i>angry and/or sick
and only be taking it out on just one piano. I'd look for some
pattern of behavior. Or maybe someone who has a personal grudge
against you...or has some gripe about your work. Have you been
experimenting with alternate temperments again? Then again, all
this might just be a cover. Some alternate interpretations of those
photos might suggest that you are:<br>
a) Installing hammers too quickly<br>
b) Using hammers that are too heavy - way too heavy<br>
c) Using the wrong glue<br>
d) Need to be using a jig in your hammer installations<br><br>
Of course, this leads to further questions for the CSI-Uof H
series...like, is this covered by the Kawai warrantee, or like, what kind
of locks are you thinking of installing...things like that.<br><br>
Since you told Dale (on Pianotech) that the piano has already been
repaired, maybe an "after" picture would be a fitting
finale.<br><br>
