When I get home, the information is transferred back to Approach and the invoice copy/pasted into Quickbooks Easystart along with any purchase receipts for the day. Once the hard copy is "saved" it's shredded to protect the customer's privacy. Oh... and I *always* carry an accurate tuning fork just in case there isn't any place to plug in the iPAQ's charger. My tuning kit also has my old iPAQ with TuneLab on it just in case.
