flanges for Yamaha and Kawai uprights, Pacific Piano (818-700-2100) can now
supply them (made by Tokiwa). They also have lots of other action parts, some

anybody have a technique for replacing hammer return spring cords on
pianos--mostly consoles, I would think--that have wood flanges without the
screw-in center pin holding plates? Is it a better bet to replace the
flanges? I would think so, but I think the time might end up being a
wash, and I hate to waste materials...besides, if it's a grey market unit,
getting parts might be a problem.<BR><BR>Any tips or suggestions are more than

–self appointed I might add--- but on the actions without the butt plates I
