Sold it to a friend when it had 76,000 miles on it. It had the little two-stroke, three cylinder "Shrike" engine. I figured it must be on its last legs. My friend kept that same engine going until the car had accumulated 450,000 miles. He went through several transmisisons. But, only one engine.
