I believe that a lot of these stringing jigs are made at the chapter
level. I know that ours was. It should be possible for them to be made
with an angled hitch pin. <br><br>

and then lost a point, because the string wasn't seated around that
vertical pin. Touching the wire at all after seating can make it
walk up again... something you don't have in The Real World with an
angled hitch pin. (This was one of the very few Non-Real-World
items in the tech test, by the way).</font><br>
